About The Opportunity
As part of our growth, we are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial AdOps Coordinator to run all facets of campaign deployment & performance optimization. Working with Account Management, Sales, and Optimization teams, your primary focus is to handle the setup, QA and performance of native driven content amplification campaigns. The primary goal is recognizing revenue via campaign delivery, and driving renewals within-depth optimizations against client-specified metrics.
Day In The Life
Being the primary user, you will be expected to learn and gain mastery of our proprietary ad tech platform. Your daily focus will be (1) implementation and management of online advertising campaigns, and (2) providing dedicated daily analysis & campaign optimization. Staying ahead of the ball is key - we need somebody who is organized and can manage their tasks and schedule in a way that is most efficient. There will be a lot of cross team collaboration including:
You have good knowledge of the digital ad-tech ecosystem and can easily explain the difference between a DSP, DMP, and VAST and VPAID. You have a familiarity with digital ad quality and vanity metrics like viewability, non-human traffic rate, CTR, etc. You also have experience with or knowledge of proxy and web-debugging tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Chrome Dev Tools and a strong working knowledge of Excel. Ideally you also have previous startup experience and you enjoy the growth and learning opportunities they present.
