  • We get to collaborate with smart, interesting people every single day.
  • We offer free healthcare, fun happy hours, and an awesome office vibe.

About The Opportunity
As part of our growth, we are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial AdOps Coordinator to run all facets of campaign deployment & performance optimization. Working with Account Management, Sales, and Optimization teams, your primary focus is to handle the setup, QA and performance of native driven content amplification campaigns. The primary goal is recognizing revenue via campaign delivery, and driving renewals within-depth optimizations against client-specified metrics.

Day In The Life
Central to this role is multi-tasking and working efficiently within a high-paced changing environment. Making informed decisions based on data and taking appropriate action. Interacting comfortably with both clients and internal teams, taking initiative and driving projects with minimal supervision. A typical day will include supporting the Account Management team with questions as they pertain to tagging, targeting, and specs on an ad-hoc basis, or with scheduled kick-off-calls, and pod/team meetings. You will apply your experience working with performance driven campaigns and your strong understanding of A/B testing. You will communicate technical information clearly and concisely to internal and external partners (i.e. internally, why we want standard 1x1 pixels instead of Javascript).

Role Responsibilities
Being the primary user, you will be expected to learn and gain mastery of our proprietary ad tech platform. Your daily focus will be (1) implementation and management of online advertising campaigns, and (2) providing dedicated daily analysis & campaign optimization. Staying ahead of the ball is key - we need somebody who is organized and can manage their tasks and schedule in a way that is most efficient. There will be a lot of cross team collaboration including:

  • Monitoring delivery and work with Head of Optimization to drive performance based on client metrics.
  • Meeting weekly with sales and account management to go over client campaigns and weekly reports.
  • Interacting with internal as well as external clients including coordination and consultation to ensure a successful campaign.
  • Following up with immediate action & providing concise, timely feedback within the deadlines established.
  • Troubleshooting targeting, tagging, or content issues.
  • Resolving any traffic issues and reconciling discrepancies.

Role Requirements
You have good knowledge of the digital ad-tech ecosystem and can easily explain the difference between a DSP, DMP, and VAST and VPAID. You have a familiarity with digital ad quality and vanity metrics like viewability, non-human traffic rate, CTR, etc. You also have experience with or knowledge of proxy and web-debugging tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Chrome Dev Tools and a strong working knowledge of Excel. Ideally you also have previous startup experience and you enjoy the growth and learning opportunities they present.

  • At least one year of online ad trafficking experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.
  • QA of tag functionality.
  • Working understanding of HTML and JS.
  • Create clear Excel reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUPS, macros, etc.
  • Able to communicate issues to Engineers.
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS experience nice, but not required.

Keys To Success

  • You have experience with Ad Trafficking and delivering multiple campaigns month-over-month.
  • You come from Ad Serving on the publisher, DSP, or SSP side.
  • You have run A/B and multivariate tests.
  • You understand optimizing and know how to create landing pages.
  • You are highly organized with the ability to work on divergent brands and projects.
