Eventbrite is looking for a world-class Product Manager who can take ownership of the product lifecycle for new features.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Product, this position requires a self-starter who enjoys working with cross-functional and collaborative teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online event management and ticketing
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Gather and prioritize product requirements for new feature development
- Engage with customers and prospective customers to understand pain points and opportunities for product improvements
- Work closely with key stakeholders to write PDRs and specifications
- Participate in market sizing projects
- Conduct detailed analyses of competitive offerings
- Identify and track metrics for measuring success
Required Skills:
- Passionate for delighting customers and building emerging web technologies
- Self-starter with proven track record of execution in product management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with and understand technology
- Proven team leading experience across diverse groups of technical and non-technical members
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Web-based product management; prior startup experience preferable
- BS degree in a technology-related field
