HD Publishing, makers of the famous Net Detective and National Alert Registry since 1996, is seeking an individual to assume the role of Affiliate Program Manager.
We are one of the oldest affiliate programs on the Internet, with 200,000 previous affiliates in our database. There is a lot to work with here, a ton of opportunity for the right person.
This person will play a key role ensuring the overall success of the company. They should be experienced and able to work independently in a virtual environment. This Senior Manager position calls for an individual with entrepreneurial drive and extraordinary flexibility to meet the demands of a high-energy company.
Responsibilities:

Management of Affiliate Program
-
Re-establish relationships with previous and current affiliates
-
Monitor and Optimize Current Affiliate Offers Through DirectTrack
-
Work with Director of Marketing to Develop New Affiliate Offers
-
Oversee Development/Deployment of New Affiliate Offers in DirectTrack
-
Provide Daily Reports and Analysis of Current Campaigns and Affiliate Performance from DirectTrack & Other Internal Systems
-
Research and Develop Relationships with New Affiliates and Networks

Oversee Monthly Affiliate Commissions
-
Manage All Points of Affiliate Communications and Online Presence including Emails, Newsletters, Affiliate Blog, Twitter and Facebook Profile

Work with Director of Marketing to Develop Social Media Marketing Strategy
Required Skills:
-
Familiarity with FTC Regulations for E-Commerce Merchants
-
Familiarity with DirectTrack Affiliate Management Platform
-
Experience with Affiliate Programs & Commission Structures
-
Knowledge of and Ability to Perform Job Functions in Online Platforms (WordPress, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc)

Knowledge of and Ability to Perform Job Functions using Microsoft Office (Outlook/Entourage, Word, Excel, etc)

Outstanding Communication Skills

(Optional) Familiarity with Markup and Scripting Languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
