Position Summary:        AREA203 Marketing is looking for aLead Generation Program Manager to join our quickly expanding team. We are interested in hiring an experienced individualwho will manage our lead exchange process. The role also includes defining and maintaining the process to support efficient lead routing to meet conversion and revenue goals. This person will answer directly to the Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions: 

  1. Define and manage the lead generation operations process to drive efficiency and productivity
  2. Adjust campaigns based on performance and learnings
  3. Design, build and maintain the overall strategy for lead generation campaigns
  4. Maintain productive relationships with partners
  5. Assist in recruitment of buyers and sellers
  6. Report program performance
  7. Oversee and monitor the development of program growth strategies
  8. Maintain in-depth understanding of company technology
  9. Develop and implement process improvements
  10. Mentor junior team members
  11. Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability goals
  12. Stay abreast of changes and trends in the online and lead generation industries, identify best practices, and determine how to apply them to clients’ businesses
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies, goals and objectives
  14. Exceptional business judgment and analytic ability
  15. Strong initiative and willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency
  16. Ability to mobilize a team toward achieving results
  17. Hold weekly meetings with team members to review program performance
  18. The ability to prioritize and strategize based on corporate goals
  19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  20. Possess strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable
  21. Internet industry management experience a plus
  22. Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars and workshops
  23. Occasional travel to industry conferences
  24. Additional duties as assigned

  4. Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, move to the next task and follow through
  5. Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  6. Must be able to manage and organize multiple projects
  7. Resolve complex challenges in a professional and timely manner
  8. Can work with minimal direct supervision     
  9. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  10. Proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of Internet and online services
  11. Intuitive/creative thinker
  12. Ability to learn and contribute quickly
  13. Results oriented and fact-based decision-making skills
  14. Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness
  15. Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally

 

Experience Required: 

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required
  2. A minimum of 3years experience in the lead generation market
  3. Account management experience a plus
