Position Title: Lead Generation Program Manager
Reports To: Affiliate Marketing Manager

Position Summary: AREA203 Marketing is looking for aLead Generation Program Manager to join our quickly expanding team. We are interested in hiring an experienced individualwho will manage our lead exchange process. The role also includes defining and maintaining the process to support efficient lead routing to meet conversion and revenue goals. This person will answer directly to the Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions:

Define and manage the lead generation operations process to drive efficiency and productivity

Adjust campaigns based on performance and learnings

Design, build and maintain the overall strategy for lead generation campaigns

Maintain productive relationships with partners
-
Assist in recruitment of buyers and sellers

Report program performance
-
Oversee and monitor the development of program growth strategies

Maintain in-depth understanding of company technology
-
Develop and implement process improvements
-
Mentor junior team members
-
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability goals
-
Stay abreast of changes and trends in the online and lead generation industries, identify best practices, and determine how to apply them to clients’ businesses

Participate in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies, goals and objectives

Hold weekly meetings with team members to review program performance

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree required

A minimum of 3years experience in the lead generation market
