Business Development Director France

Admeta is a company focused on delivering full service technology solutions for large online publishers helping them increase yield on online ad inventory. We are one of Europe’s leading suppliers of online ad exchange solutions and are now facing a period of strong growth.

The objective for the position is to establish Admetas brand in the French market and generate new clients to Admeta. The success of this job will be predominantly determined by the key measurements of revenue and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs. Develop a healthy revenue pipeline of upsell/cross opportunities within our client base. Ensure the opportunity base in our CRM is up to date and accurate.

The position is responsible for the following:

  • That revenue targets for the French market is achieved.
  • Responsible for the staff in France and the French office.
  • Make sure all clients expectation in Yield and support is met.
  • Account management for all French clients.
  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the French office when needed.
  • Be the spokes person for Admeta in the French market.

On a day to day basis the position should fufill the following:

  • Conduct business meetings with relevant prospects.
  • Sell Admetas product and services on the French market, including: prospecting, meetings, sales, put together proposals and bring in contracts.
  • Keep  Admetas CRM (SalesForce) system up to date with progress on each client and prospect.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to spread the word about Admeta.
  • Establish himselves as a spokes person for solutions around remnant on the French market.
  • Conduct yield management on excisting clients with the support from Admetas yield team.
  • Help out on other markets to bring in contracts.
  • The position will be expected to travel in Europe, predomiately to Admets HQ in Stockholm and R&D office in Gothenburg but also travel to help out on other markets will occur and visit trade shows outside France.
  • The position reports to VP Sales & Marketing.

Details:

  • Position is based in Paris, France.
  • Office will be in a shared office in the central of Paris (Regus or similar).
  • Training will be conducted at Admetas HQ in Stockholm.
