Digital Services Project Manager

Job Description

This person is responsible for delivery of digital services to AdEase clients.

Duties include:
• Management of overall digital services calendar and delivery schedules.
• Responsible for delivery of various digital services including but not limited to:
• SEO
• SEM/PPC
• eBlast
• Reputation Management
• Web Analytics
• Web and Microsite Design
• Social Media Services
• Responsible for project management and client interaction as it pertains to the delivery of all digital services.
• Definition of new processes for scope of work and service delivery when new products are needed.
• Work closely with account management and creative team to translate customer requirements into workable digital designs such as:
• Email / eBlast designs
• Web user interface and site architecture design
• Obtain proper customer requirements for technical designs and messaging standards
• Pricing Analysis and Recommendations
• Work closely with engineering groups to ensure requirements are understood and implemented in accordance with the spirit of the requirements.
• Management of budgeted hours versus actual hours on projects to measure success against key performance indicators.
• Work closely with management to determine how to better position digital services to existing customers and add value.
• Presentations to customers and prospects as needed.
