Data/Media Operations Engineer

Weâre looking for an energetic, open-minded, technically savvy engineer to help operate our world-class system and contribute to its growth.
Using a variety of web-based tools, some scripting, and your own technical ingenuity, you will usher data and content through our platform to generate millions of individualized marketing messages. You will be responsible for making sure that the data is processed correctly and on-time to ensure each prospect gets the right print, email, and interactive content, with the right message, at the right time. Your work will be held to the highest possible standards of quality, and you will be in constant contact with client services staff and sometimes the clients themselves.
In previous roles, you have built dynamic internet applications, so you have experience with technologies such as Javascript, Actionscript, XML, SQL, and maybe a serious programming language such as Java or C#. You are comfortable working with data and content for example, you are quick to use Excel or a text editor to tweak a data file before loading it into a database. But you also pay close attention to detail and quality; you meticulously proofread your own work to avoid mistakes. Youâre a natural with technology, you learn quickly and can solve problems with a broad range of tools.
