Senior Manager, Product and Marketing Analytics

Playfish games are amongst the most acclaimed and popular online, including Pet Society, Restaurant City, FIFA Superstars, Hotel City, Country Story and Who Has The Biggest Brain? Playfish has development studios in London, San Francisco, Beijing and Tromso, Norway.
Analytics is a core business function at Playfish and is responsible for driving daily insights directly into our games. The team works with all business functions including Product, Marketing, the Executive Team, Platform and Payments.
We are currently seeking an experienced business and analytics leader to join the team as Manager, Product and Marketing Analytics. You will have a clear mandate to work with the Director of Analytics to build a world class data-driven operating culture in one of the most dynamic spaces out there.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Using superb data mining, analytics and business judgment to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex business problems.
• Working closely with game studios, marketing, business development and the executive team to drive insights that deliver better games and delighted players.
• Being an expert at extracting and analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets using a variety of tools.
• Managing cross-functional teams to establish and maintain performance monitoring practices via dashboards, scorecards, ad hoc analysis and business processes.
• Manage multiple analytics projects at a time in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment.

• World-class analytics, problem-solving, strategic thinking and data capabilities
• Keen business judgment, ability to see the “big picture” and to prioritize for actionable impact.
• Great influence, partnering, and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence

• Familiarity with data warehousing concept/tools.
• Experience working in matrixed environments, leading cross-functional teams
• Management experience and well-honed ability to inspire and lead a plus
