Job Description:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/LEGAL SECRETARY TRAINEE

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Correspondence - typing, editing, proofreading documents
2.  Coordinate meetings at multiple locations, set up conferencing, take minutes, provide meeting materials to participants, etc.
3.  Data entry of attorney billing descriptions, editing of client prebills, and coordinate distribution of client invoices
4.  Electronic filing of documents with the CPUC
5.  Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys
6.  Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1.  Excellent computer skills
2.  Excellent proofreading skills
3.  Ability to work as a team and independently
